Urja is a Sustainability and Climate Change Expert. She specialises in the EU Action Plan on Sustainable Finance Agenda (EU Taxonomy, SFDR, CSRD) as well as national regulations. Her focus is to develop regulatory action plans for both enterprises and financial market participants.
Additionally, Urja has been working on large-scale data and data analysis programs, like R, python and Stata, which shows her ability to understand technical and complex systems and to present the findings in an easy-to-grasp manner.
